During this time, Bill worked on exquisite fine jewelry and the famed Carl Fabergé-style jeweled eggs, meticulously applying transparent fired enamel over Guilloché engravings—an Old-World technique rarely mastered outside of Europe.

Bill’s skill and dedication led to remarkable opportunities, including commissioned work for the White House during the Reagan administration, creating gifts presented to international Heads of State. These early experiences shaped his lifelong commitment to uncompromising artistry and precision.

Today, Bill is known as a specialist in diamonds, rare gemstones, and fully custom-designed jewelry, creating one-of-a-kind engagement rings and heirloom pieces treasured by both women and men.
