Refund policy

At William Williams Rare Jewels we take pride in having a relationship with our customers to provide them with top quality products, if for any reason you need to return a product contact us, and we will give you full credit, provided you follow these procedures:

1. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged. William Williams Rare Jewels is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged through carrier.

2. Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used, altered (i.e. engraved, sized, etc.) or damaged by the customer.

3. Customers wishing to return merchandise must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return of merchandise. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all applicable paperwork contained in it. Credits are granted at the discretion of William Williams Rare Jewels.

4. Merchandise received after 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a processing fee of up to 20%.

5. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Credit will be given for merchandise only. Customers attempting to return products without original packaging and paperwork will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise back to them.

6. All returns received at our facility within 30 days of the invoice date will be credited back to the original invoice.

7. Please open a claim if merchandise is damaged or defective. After 15 days all damaged or defective products may no longer receive a refund.

8. Special order merchandise (see below) is non-returnable, non-cancelable and non-refundable.

9. Items with manufacturing defects will be exchanged at any time, this is up to William Williams Rare Jewels digression.

10. Return postage cost(s) on defective merchandise will be refunded, up to $8.00 with receipt.

11. Unclaimed, undeliverable or refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus freight.

12. Earrings are only returnable if unworn or if they contain manufacturing defects.

SHIPPING POLICY

Complimentary Free Shipping is provided with each order under most circumstances.

International Orders are not accepted at this time.
